How to set a commission deals for specific company, tour leader and guide?

As a Supplier, for setting a commission deal for a specific company, tour leader or tour guide, you can do by:

Step 1: Go to Commission Deals

Step 2: Click link ADD to show Add commission deal lightbox

Step 3: There are two cases:

- For a Company: select Company in the first dropdown list

  • A registered company: choose the Company from Company list, then type Commission rate
  • A unregistered company: choose OTHER from the Company list, then type Company email and name, Commission rate 

- For a Freelance Tour leader/ Tour guide: select Tour leader in the first dropdown list.  

  • A registered freelancer: choose Tour leader with email (if tick Email as Identifier), choose Tour leader with phone number (if tick Mobile as Identifier), then type Commission rate
  • A unregistered freelancer: choose OTHER from the tour leader list

How to upload the pay slip?

How to upload the pay slip?

For uploading a payslip to a specific company or freelancer, shopskb.com let you do as follows:

Step 1: Go to Booking Management in Duty Free and Souvenir Shops

Step 2: Select Booking in Completed tab, then click Upload payslip icon 

Step 3: After that, it moves to another page, you can see Commissions part, the system will show relating parties in the booking for you to upload payslip

For each party(ITO/Travel agent/Freelancer), you click link Upload

Step 4: After upload finish, it will display Send link to click

After click, a lightbox will display, including:

  • Email of Tour Leader will be filled in automatically
  • CC Emails can be entered by Supplier. If Supplier did add CC Emails to this booking before, the value will be displayed here
  • CC Emails can be empty; Supplier doesn’t need to fill it.
  • Click on SEND button to send notification with Payslip

 An email will be sent automatically by the system to the client with Subject is ShopsKB – Booking pay slip

  • It will have attachment of payslip
  • Booking detail information 
  • Sale information and commission of Tour Leader

 Notes: Uploading payslip is just for Supplier (as a management level)

Any payslip exists in some booking, in Payslip column will show icon ,

How can I check my shop availability for the new booking?

shopskb.com let supplier check the availability for a new booking to approve by following steps as:

Step 1: Go to For Approval tab in Booking Management

Step 2: Select the booking to check availability, click icon gin Actions column

Step 3: After moving to Booking Approval Page, you click CHECK AVAILABILITY button 

Step 4: It will direct to Check Availability page, you can see some important information of the booking and have a icon to view more

To verify a booking, shopskb.com provide a confirmation code created automatically, so how to generate it?

1. Confirmation code in booking is the unique code to verify a new booking made by Supplier

 2. To generate the confirmation code, you can do as:

Step 1: Go to For Approval tab in Booking Management

Step 2: Select Booking, then click Approve icon g

Step 3: In another page, if you agree with the booking, click link Generate code to make a code automatically from the system.

How to refuse a booking?

How to refuse a booking?

shopskb.com let supplier refuse a booking if it is not available by doing as follows:

Step 1: Go to For Approval or Approved tab in Booking Management

Step 2: Select a booking, click Cancel icon ] to do the task

Step 3: In Cancellation page, you must enter Remark when you want to cancel a booking.

We suggest you enter the reason of cancellation in Remark. Click CANCEL

Step 1: Go to For Approval or Approved tab in Booking Management

Step 2: Select a booking, click Cancel icon ] to do the task

Step 3: In Cancellation page, you must enter Remark when you want to cancel a booking.
