How I can update each booking sales activity and report to the buyer’s sales commission?

In order to update booking sales activity and report commission to buyer, shopskb.com let you do following orders:

Step 1: Go to Approved tab in Booking Management

Step 2: Select the booking to update sales, then click Update icon w

Step 3: In Update sale information, fill date fields, select kind of currency, payment number and others 

Notes: Enter CC email if you want to send an email with a same client for another person

For example: Commission rate for Travel agent: 25%. After save, it will send email to this travel agent and the person has email in CC Email

Step 4: Click UPDATE to save all changes

After clicking, the system will display message "Uploading has been saved and sent". A notification email will be sent to relating parties and have their specific sales commission. 

For example: Travel agent just see his sale commission, not another one.

In Shopskb, you can change your default shop commission rate, you will do by:

Step 1: As Supplier, go to All Shops

Step 2: Select the shop to edit commission rate, then click EDIT button 

Step 3: In tab Shop Information, modify commission rate in Default Commission Rate

Step 4: Click SAVE

How can I check the scheduled booking?

How can I check the scheduled booking?

Shopskb.com aids all clients to check the scheduled booking by doing as follows:

  1. Go to Booking Schedule in Duty Free and Souvenir Shops 
  2. After that, you can see all scheduled booking. Data of booking schedule includes: 
  • Approved and Completed Booking.
  • Booking which the shop of the Booking is belong to this Supplier (Supplier only)
  • All Direct Booking which be made by themselves (ITO, Travel Agent, Freelancer)
  • All Behalf Booking ITO make for Travel Agent (Travel Agent)
  • All Behalf Booking which be made by an ITO Company but choose this Freelancer as Tour Leader for the Booking. (Freelancer)

  • All Direct Booking which be made by another Company but choose this Freelancer as Tour Leader for the Booking (Freelancer

             3. For getting specific bookings in some time (Arrival From and Arrival To) or relating supplier, shop, tour leader or client, you can fill on those fields and SEARCH to do that.

  1. Go to Booking Schedule in Duty Free and Souvenir Shops

How to add other language content to my shop?

As a Supplier, shopskb.com also provide you to add another language to a shop, you can follow steps as:

Step 1: There are 2 ways to do:

  • Case 1: After adding a new shop, it will move to view Shop details, you can switch to Translations tab
  • Case 2: Go to All Shops, click EDIT button for the shop you want to add language. After showing another page, switch to Translations tab too

Step 2: Click ADD button 

Step 3: Fill all fields (required), then click SAVE to confirm changes

shopskb.com supports suppliers to view and check their account balance (outstanding) by doing as follows:

  • Go to Payment History in Tax Invoices
  • Our system will display all tax invoices with important information like Total of invoice & payment, and Outstanding (your balance in recent time)
